Raul Bautista is a seasoned bank robber who teams up with Jason and Lucia. Rockstar describes him as confident and charming, and always on the lookout for new talent he can bring in on bigger jobs. He's on the official cover art, and the August 2026 Extended Look showed him in a bank job getaway with the two protagonists. GTA 6 launches November 19, 2026.

Who he is
Raul is the professional in the room. Jason and Lucia are small-time when the story starts, and Raul has been robbing banks long enough to be choosy about partners. His bio frames him as someone who recruits, which makes him a likely route into the bigger jobs in the game.
On the cover
The cover art released on June 18, 2026 shows Raul bearded and in sunglasses, holding a rifle outside the Sinfrontera National Bank. It's the clearest hint yet at what his part of the story involves.
In the Extended Look
In Rockstar's August 27, 2026 gameplay showcase, Jason and Lucia pick Raul up for a bank job. The getaway turns into a police chase with a helicopter overhead: Lucia drives while Jason and Raul shoot from the back seat, and the crew ditches the car for a backup vehicle to shake the pursuit.
In the trailers and screenshots he carries an M1911-style pistol and aims an M4-style carbine, both covered in our GTA 6 weapons list.
Still unknown
- His background before bank robbery. One widely shared claim says he was Brian Heder's cellmate or a former intelligence agent, but we couldn't trace it to anything Rockstar has shown.
