Boobie Ike is a Vice City local legend who turned his years on the street into a business empire: real estate, a strip club called the Jack of Hearts, and a recording studio. Rockstar's bio says he's all smiles until it's time to talk business, and that the thing he really cares about is his record label, Only Raw Records, which he runs with the young producer Dre'Quan Priest. They're still waiting on their first hit. GTA 6 launches November 19, 2026.

The Jack of Hearts
Jack of Hearts is the name of Boobie's strip club, not a nickname for Boobie himself, which several guides get wrong. Dre'Quan works out of it too. The club and the label are how Boobie has gone straight on paper, though his bio makes clear the money and the manner come from his street days.
Only Raw Records
The label is Boobie's passion project and Dre'Quan's day job. Their signing is Real Dimez, a rap duo who broke through years ago with a hit alongside local rapper DWNPLY and are chasing a second one. So the label's story and Real Dimez's story are the same story: everyone involved needs a hit.

Boobie is one of the characters on the official cover art released June 18, 2026. In Rockstar's August 27, 2026 gameplay showcase, the drug pickup job that opens the video is for him, which makes him one of the people Jason and Lucia work for. He has only a small amount of screen time in it.
